To change the order of the courses: 1. Navigate to Courses → Course manager. 2. Hover over the top right corner of the course card in order for the drag and drop cursor to appear.

Reordering sections isn't possible. The profile's layout is what it is. You can choose to not display certain things on your profile. As for each job you list, again you can't order them how you like necessarily.
