If you have one that you want to get the foam out, just pour in a little brake parts cleaner, slosh, and pour it out . That stuff will almost totally liquify foam.

I prefer cotton over hot melting and foam but it takes for ever when you have a light club head and you have to insert the cotton through the hosel. Both the 3 wood and hybrid turned out great with the foam. It muffled the sound, increased the weight to the proper SW, and was simple to use.
