To discover if the Dashboard Card Image function is allowed on your Canvas system: Go into your course site, and click Settings on the Course Navigation menu. Make sure you are on the Course Details tab. Look at the top of that Course Details page, and see if there is an “Image” entry. If so, you are ready to add a course image.
