They have events all across the UK and in other countries too. So you will more than likely find a mud run close to you.
The Tough Mudder events do have an age limit. You have to be a minimum of 13 years old for the 5k run and 14 years old for the 10 mile run. An adult will need to accompany you during the run if you are under 18.
It’s not a timed obstacle run, so you can go as fast or as slow as you like. Likewise, you don’t have to run non stop to complete it. We think you need a certain degree of fitness to complete the course along with the obstacles, but you definitely don’t need to be able to run the whole thing.
