Reserve Processing

Processing of reserve materials will take two business days, with a maximum of three business days during peak periods (e.g., start of each semester, midterms). Materials are not available for circulation until they have been processed. Faculty may submit course reserve material for the duration of the semester in which a course is offered.

Removing an Item on Reserve

The Access Services Department will remove all course reserve material at the end of the semester with the exception of some items that have been placed on permanent reserve.
