To create a custom certificate, Admin > Tools > Learning > Learning Preferences > Custom Certificates. Then, click the Create New Certificate link. In the Certificate Title field, enter a title for the certificate. This title should describe the purpose of the certificate.
A printed or mailed copy of the Course Certificate. Certificates are provided as downloadable PDF files, which you can print yourself. You can also share them electronically. Unfortunately, Coursera cannot provide course Certificates with any more information than they already include.
You can see all the Course Certificates you've earned on your Accomplishments page. From there, you can download, print, or share your Certificates. You can also check your Accomplishments page to see courses you completed but did not earn Course Certificates for, and your final grades in all the courses you've completed.

Subsequent changes to the template do not affect completion certificates that were already generated. If no completion certificate is configured for a training item at the time a user completes the training, no certificate will be generated.
Users in an Exempt status for training with an associated certificate will NOT be able to access or print the learning certificate from any system location. When a user is in an Exempt status for a training item, the following features, as they relate to the exempted training, are not available to the user:
