Unofficial transcripts and report cards for current students can be obtained by going to the student’s/parent’s Aeries portal account here and clicking on the Grades tab then selecting Report Card History. There are three types of GPA on the SDA transcript: Total GPA 9-12: Includes every course taken in grades 9-12. Acad. GPA 9-12: Includes all courses taken in 9-12 except PE and courses graded with a Pass/Fail such as TA and Homeroom.
The transcript displays the official record of classes students enroll in during school, so most grades cannot be changed or removed. Courses changed before the drop/add date do not appear on the transcript, but any classes you do not drop after that date are part of the permanent record.

Changes to student information, including address changes, emergency contacts, phone numbers, etc. are submitted by the parent via the Aeries student/parent portal. Parents can update parent/student data by going here and selecting from the "Student Info" pull-down tab and clicking on "Data Confirmation".

When the decision is made by the parent to withdraw their child from OCSA midyear, the parent must notify the school registrar at least a minimum of one day in advance of the withdrawal date. This provides the registrar and teachers the necessary time to determine and collect the student's withdrawal grades.
Parents who do not plan to continue their student's enrollment at OCSA for the following year must notify OCSA of this decision prior to the end of the school year. Visit this page to report your intent to withdraw your child from OCSA.

NCES Code (CRS.US) – This field is used to classify the content of the course for the National Center for Education Statistics. CIP Code (CRS.CIP)- Classification of Instructional Programs code from the National Center for Education Statistics for use with adult education courses.
The Course Characteristics (CCH) tab can be used to record more granular, detailed information about Courses. Characteristics are added on the Update Code Table page, for the CCH.CD field. Read permissions to CRS are required to view Characteristics; Update permissions to CRS are required to add or delete Characteristics .
General Tab. There are multiple tabs on the Course view. The first is the General tab: The fields on this tab include: Course ID (CRS.CN) - The Course ID field is populated manually and can be up to 6 alphanumeric characters in length.
The College Articulations (CCC) tab can be used to define credits awarded by colleges for completion of course work in high school. If a school or district has an articulation agreement with a Community College that a high school course will articulate to college credit when the student enrolls at the College, the details of the articulation agreement for the course should be listed here.
The Career Pathways (CCP) tab can be used to link a course to a Career Pathway. If the course is part of a Career Pathway at one or more schools in the district, the school, pathway, level and year of the course in the Career Pathway should be indicated here. The Standards (SBR) tab will be used by any schools that run a Master Schedule and use Standards Based Grade Reporting. Here, identify each standard that should be associated with the course. The checkbox to the right of each standard indicates whether the standard should be included on the SBG report card. More information is available Secondary Standards Based Grade Setup
To add course requests using the Course Request Packet option, click the button to open the form. A window will display all Course Request Packets. Select the desired Packet and it will now be highlighted. The courses assigned to the Packet will display on the right. Verify the courses are correct and click on OK to add the courses to the student’s course requests. Click Cancel to cancel. Student Course Requests. Students are assigned and/or are allowed to choose specific course requests for courses that they would like to take during future terms. These course requests are added to the student's record in multiple ways.
To delete a student’s course request, click the Delete icon. A confirmation popup will ask if you want to delete the record. Click Yes to delete the course request or No to cancel.
The Mass Change or Add Crs Requests form can be used to change students’ course requests during scheduling. Multiple courses can be added, dropped, or changed for all students or for select students.
The data can be sorted by any of the headers. Click on a header to display the options, then click Sort, to sort by that header. For example, the content of View SMS can be sorted by Course ID: Click Sort again to reverse the sort. Click Limit on the options for any header to limit by that header.
