For Degree Verification go to the National Student Clearinghouse website and click on the VERIFY button to get started. Valencia College submits degree information to the Clearinghouse once per term. There is a fee for Degree Verification; please see the National Student Clearinghouse website for more information.

You will register yourself for your classes via your Atlas account. Only after all approvals have been received should a transient student register for classes. Transient approval is required for each term the student wishes to take classes at Valencia.
Student ID cards can be obtained in the Security office on any Campus, except Downtown Campus, once you have registered and paid for your classes. Downtown Campus (DTC) students obtain student ID cards at Card Services Downtown located in the Communication and Media Building near the front lobby.
Note: Off Campus locations are taught at locations that are not a part of any Valencia College campus. If you know the CRN for a specific course section, you can enter it here. CRN is a 5 digit code that refers to a specific section for a course. The course number changes each semester.

Keep the browser page with the error message open; open a new tab in your browser and enter login.microsoftonline.com in the address bar. If you are prompted to enter a username, enter your Atlas email address (example: [email protected]) and use your Atlas password. You should be directed to Office 365.
Once at the Atlas log-in page, click on the "Sign up for an account" link and follow the prompts to create your account.
To get your transcripts years after graduating from high school or college, you can call your school and request them, order them online from your school's website or use a third-party website to have unofficial or official transcripts sent to you or sent to the institution of your choice.
If neither of these are selected, your transcript will be mailed within 5 business days. At the end of each semester, there could be a transcript order delay of up to one week to allow for processing of final grades. Transcripts cannot be picked up on campus; they must be mailed.

Transient students are currently enrolled college students who register for courses at another institution on a temporary basis (for example: a university student attending a summer semester at a state college). In order to take courses at another institution, you must receive approval from your home institution.
Due to state and federal regulations, Valencia College requires all students registered in an online course to reside outside of California and to provide a mailing address outside of the state of California. If you do not have a mailing address outside of California, you will be deleted from any online course (s) in which you register.
