For PTCAS applications, you can enter up to 4 evaluators, and there are 2 parts to the reference process. For part 1, the evaluator responds to the following questions through PTCAS: How long have you known the applicant? How well do you know the applicant? Select the role that best describes your primary interaction with the applicant.
Applicants must arrange for PTCAS to receive an official transcript from every postsecondary college or university attended in the United States, as well as from each English-speaking institutions in Canada. Applications will not be considered complete or processed until all official transcripts are received.
Every year, PTCAS has an “essay” section. This is essentially your personal statement, even though it is not stated outright. The personal statement is your chance to really show your personality, so you want to make it count!
Official GRE Scores are submitted electronically to PTCAS directly from ETS using a special PTCAS GRE code that is different for each program and different from the school's regular GRE code. Schools can only see scores that are sent with their code, so it is vital that program codes are entered correctly.
Assign a Prerequisite Click the plus sign next to the course(s) that you believe fulfills the prerequisite. You can match multiple courses to one prerequisite, if applicable. You can make limited changes after you submit your application. You can add new items to certain areas of the Academic History, Supporting Information, and Program Materials sections (e.g., test scores, experiences, optional documents, etc.), where applicable, but you cannot edit existing entries.

To calculate these GPAs, each A-F or 0-100 grade you entered in the Grade field is first converted to a PTCAS numeric grade value, then multiplied by the attempted credits. The resulting product is Quality Points. Your total Quality Points are then divided by your Attempted Credits to determine your GPA.
CAS stands for the Credential Assembly Service (previously known as the LSDAS). It is a service administered by the Law School Admission Council (the same organization that administers the LSAT) that standardizes your grades and sends them as a part of a report to the law schools you want to attend.
There is no released date for when you can submit the application, but this typically occurs on or around July 1. PTCAS resets every summer, but if you really want to get started on your DPT school application before June 15, there are a few things you can do that will save and carry over.
Applicants are expected to demonstrate these qualities beginning with the application process. Arrange for materials to arrive at PTCAS by the program's deadline. Once “complete”, file will enter the queue for verification. Processing may take up to 4-5 weeks once your file is complete.

GRE scores MUST be sent to the program's PTCAS GRE code 7749. GRE scores sent directly to the university will NOT be accepted. It takes approximately 3 weeks for results to be sent to PTCAS after taking the GRE electronically. If you take the GRE more than once - we will use the best score in each section.
Once all the requirements are met, it may take up to 10 business days for transcript entry to be completed. Your application will not be given a Complete Date and moved into the verification queue until your coursework entry is approved, at which point it can take up to an additional 10 business days to be verified.
Sending Transcripts by MailContact the registrar at each institution you attended and request one transcript be sent to PTCAS.Provide the registrar with the following items: PTCAS Transcript ID Form. Ask the registrar to attach it to your official transcripts.
