How to Copy a Course from One Moodle Course to another
In the Moodle course you will copy into, to import the item (s):
Copying course content in Moodle is quick and easy. 1) Begin by clicking on the "Import" link on the left-hand side of your course. 2) Then select the course that you would like to import from. 3) Then step through the wizard to select the course items that you would like to import.
Click Import from the Course Administration menu. Depending on the Moodle version and theme of your course, you will either find this by clicking on the gear icon () in the top right corner of your course, or you will find it in the Settings menu below the Navigation block.
From Site administration / Courses / Manage courses and categories, click to select a category. Find the course you want to copy, and click the duplicate icon to copy the course. Access the course you want to copy.

Course materials on Moodle taught four to eight years ago will be available upon request from IITS, but may take up to a week to restore. Courses taught more than eight years ago will be deleted and no longer available from IITS.
