Login to the Evolve website. Select the course you want to add or remove students. Click ‘Rosters & Team’ i n the navigation pane on the left-hand side. Add student (s) Click ‘Submit Roster’ at the top of the main window. A popup window will appear. Enter the credentials of the student you wish to add.
Click ' My Evolve ' at the top right side of the page to go to your personal ‘My Evolve’ page. You will find the course you enrolled for in your list with courses and resources. Click ' Get started' in the email.
Enter your course ID in the designated field under the section ‘Redeem an Access Code or Enter an Evolve Course ID’ and click ‘Submit’ . After a short period, a confirmation of enrollment screen will appear.
There are a few ways to enroll into your instructor's course depending on the LMS (learning management system) and setup your school uses. Select the LMS your school uses to view the steps below. If your school uses a different LMS (e.g. Blackboard, Moodle, or Brightspace) please check with your Instructor or Institution’s LMS Administrator.
Select ' I am a new user ' or ' I already have a Canvas provided by Elsevier login '. If you're a new user, follow the on-screen steps. After clicking 'Enroll in course' check email received from Instructure Canvas (notifications@instructure.com) to confirm your registration and to set your Canvas by Elsevier password.

Explanation. A Course ID has the following format: 12345_[Instructor's Username]_1001. If you don't have a course ID in this format, please reach out to your instructor who should be able to provide you with the correct course ID. Learn more on how to enroll into your instructor's course.
To add additional faculty to an Evolve course (including adding teaching assistants, administrators, etc.), you can use the Submit Roster tool on the Roster & Teams page. You will need to know the instructors' names and the email addresses from their Evolve accounts.
