Reports give you visibility into the fundraising data you collect through your Classy campaigns. From transaction data to supporter records, you can use reports to check on the health and growth of your organization.

Apply filters

Filters allow you to narrow down the information in your report. You can create filters using different properties such as campaign IDs, transaction types, and more.

Customize columns

Your Classy reports display data in a table. You can add, remove, and sort the columns to control what you see.

Custom questions

If you ask custom questions in your Classy campaigns, you can display the answers in your reports. These questions appear in checkout flows and allow you to learn more about donors or collect relevant information, such as a T-shirt size for your events.

Save your report

To save your report, select Add To My Reports. You can access saved reports by selecting General Reports and then My Reports in your menu. When you save a report, it will only be visible to you. For others to see your report, you'll need to share it or export it.
