The directions tell you to put grade and credit hours, etc but all I have is an AP exsam score and how many "points" I received for the grade. For example, my 5 on the AP Calc BC test gave me 5.3 "points".

What is academic status?
Academic status refers to your status during the term you are inputting, not your current status. Refer to the list of Academic Status definitions below for more information. If you're entering courses for a term that is currently in progress or planned, select In Progress/Planned . Click Save .

If all of your course credits are listed in "1.0" or "0.50" format, then your transcript is listing credit units and you need to perform a conversion. Check the back of your transcript for a conversion ratio, which will say something like "1 unit is equivalent to 4 semester hours."

- Enter college courses in progress or planned through the completion of the summer 2013 term. Enter all of your planned courses on the application, even if you have not registered for them yet. Use the college catalog to properly enter the course information as thoroughly as possible. When creating the term, choose “Planned/In Progress” to enter the course information without grades.
