I bought Mama Gena's on the recommendation of another book on personal development. I ended up skimming through it quite quickly. It's very lighthearted. It was just slightly irritating everytime the author talked about "my darlings", "my dears", "my lovelies", when referring to the reader. At times I think she was trying too hard to be funny.
