ECC offers payment plans as convenient ways to budget your educational expenses. They are not loan programs. No interest or finance charges are assessed. There is a non-refundable service fee of $30 per semester that will be added to your down payment. Late payments will result in a late fee of $35 assessed to your student account.

Hybrid Classes. Hybrid means a class of both face-to-face and online instruction. The definition of a hybrid course typically requires a 50 percent split between face-to-face and online instruction. Withdrawing from a course (s) may affect a student's financial aid. Contact the Financial Aid Office for further information. Withdrawal from courses does not release a student from financial liability. Students can withdraw from a class directly in Workday under the Academics Worklet.

Senior Citizen Tuition Waiver
