OE is an exciting place to work. You meet new people in each class and are able to use your own experience and abilities to guide the class. OE gives you the template and you take it from there. I really enjoy talking to people from all over the world and happy to know that I am helping someone learn a new language.
I had a wonderful experience working at Open English, but the low pay starting out isn't enough to sustain oneself. The pay does go up slightly. I was satified with my experience teaching English, my students were fun and management was always encouraging offering constructive critisism.
