I coordinated and worked with tutoring programs. Kids were tutored for free in all subjects needed. I also served as a tutor in the program. While in these different positions, I learned the key to great progress is great management and meeting students/staff members/patients were they are.

About letting just anyone open schools without certifications; they require teachers to have them. This person has NO educational experience or paper. Decisions are made o.
The environment is sick. The culture is twisted. Your time is never considered. You never get extra pay but are always mandated to work extra evenings and weekend hours. You are docked for as little as 30 min (rounded to an hour). Perfection is demanded yet the business structure is completely unorganized. Human Resources is shabby at best.

Tuition Waivers. Tuition waivers are limited to classes that already have a sufficient number of tuition-paying students enrolled. Tuition waivers may not be used for one-on-one instruction in art, music, or other individual study courses.
No limit is placed on the number of terms, quarters or semesters in which a senior citizen who is enrolled for audit may register for course (s), but the individual is limited to a maximum of 3 courses per term.
Senior citizens are to register online the last business day before the class session begins. Remember, register online by 11:59 p.m. on the last business day before the session begins. Sessions are 16, 14, 12, 10, 8 weeks, etc.
Pay course fees by the deadline. Senior citizens with tuition waivers still must pay other course-related expenses such as laboratory fees, art and music course fees, and purchase of books and supplies.
