To maximize the chance of doing well, retake courses that you struggled with one at a time. Past performance is the best predictor of future performance, so if you know, for example, that organic chemistry was a bugger for you the first time, don’t put anything else on your plate the second time around.

You will still need to repeat the course and will be liable for any fees associated with the course. Even if you do fail, you can retake the class and ask for help. Although it will negatively impact your GPA and could affect your financial obligations, you can bounce back. Start by asking for more help and studying differently or harder if you retake the course. Most importantly, don't give up.
If your GPA stays below a 2.0 or you continue to fail classes, the university may enforce a mandatory leave of absence. Students who fail more than one class in a single semester can be dropped immediately from the university even if they were previously in good standing.
