How long does the online homebuyer course take?

Most people complete our online homebuyer course in just 4 to 6 hours. We designed it to allow you to go at your own pace. There are seven lessons, with three to four topics in each. You can exit and return to the course at any time. Your place will be saved topic by topic, but your progress won't reflect a change until the entire lesson is completed.

There is no waitlist for any of our HUD 8-Hour classes. No, walk-ins are not welcome. Each particpant must pay for their own seat.

Can I refund my class ticket purchase? Can I reschedule? (In-Person)
