This, of course, depends on your agility level. We have provided the number of Marks of Grace you receive per hour for every rooftop course in this osrs agility guide. As you can see, the ardougne rooftop course yields the highest Marks of Grace per hour of 20 but it requires you to have a high agility level of 90+.
Agility 30-40: You can can go from level 30 to 40 in around 100 laps of the Varrock Agility Course earning about 13.2k xp/hr, if you have decent hp then you shouldn't require food, but if you do the bank is always nearby to where you fall. Having a high Agility level while using a low Agility course (compared to your level) is going to reduce the chance of failing an obstacle and sometimes prevent failing any obstacle in the course at all. But it is always better to bring any kind of food so you can recover from the falling damage if occurred.
OSRS Pest Control minigame is separated into three categories and each of them has its separate boat. The first boat can be accessed from level 40 Combat, the second from level 70 Combat, and the third from level 100 Combat.
Those successful in their mission can approach the Void Knight after the onslaught is over and exchange their Pest Control commendation points for various rewards, such as skill experience, supply packs, and, most importantly, the Void Knight's equipment.
This is recommended to be done only after buying the full Graceful outfit. Buying Amylase packs is a good way to make money while training Agility, each pack has 100 Amylase crystals. These Amylase crystals are sold for 1K OSRS gold each and are used for making Stamina potions.
Destroying a portal will make the Void Knight regenerate 50 Hitpoints, so don’t get too stressed if he got punched once or twice in the beginning, but do not get carried away either.
Resource packs come in three types: Herb pack, Seed pack, and Mineral pack. The first one costs 30 points while the other two cost 15 points each. They require you to have a minimum level of 25 in Herblore, Farming, or Mining.
There are other Agility courses where you can gain higher experience starting from level 47 Agility, but it is recommended to stay in the Canifis Agility Course until level 60 (rather than 47) for the sake of obtaining the Graceful outfit quickly.
Your run energy increases by 5 to 10% for every 7 agility levels you get. Once you reach level 50 agility you already recover energy twice as fast as when you did at level 1.
For those that don’t want to quest through the lower levels, you can get to 20 agility at the gnome stronghold in around 30 minutes. Once you hit 10 agility you can switch to the draynor village rooftop but I usually don’t bother as it’s the same amount of experience per hour.
Every rooftop course rewards players with marks of grace which spawn randomly as you complete courses. These marks of grace can be exchanged for graceful outfit pieces or Amalyse packs.
The agility cape can be used as a substitute for the graceful cape, granting you a -4kg weight reduction and 3% faster run energy restore. You do not lose the graceful set effects while using an agility cape instead of a graceful cape.
Players who have access to the Priffdinas area can use the priffdinas agility course from levels 75 all the way to 99. Priffdinas is a great alternative to the rooftop courses or even the hallowed sepulchre as you get very nice experience rates of up to 66K exp per hour.
Use the many agility quests to your advantage and remember, summer pies are the best food source for agility. Make sure to get your graceful outfit as quickly as possible as the full graceful set will give you a huge advantage while training agility and make it a lot less of a headache.
The Seers Village rooftop course starts at the Seers village bank. You can easily get in seers village by teleporting to Camelot.
Agility is a particularly convenient skill in Old School Runescape , it allows you to use many agility shortcuts around Gielnor which can seriously reduce travel time. In fact many of the best money making methods in OSRS rely heavily on the use of agility shortcuts. There are a few other uses for agility, a big one is the run energy restorative effect, meaning the higher your agility level the quicker your run energy restores, although contrary to some belief it doesn't make you run faster or make your run energy last longer. It also gives access to the graceful outfit which also restores your run energy faster and is exchangeable for the “marks of grace” which are retrievable from agility courses.
Agility 80-99: When you have the Karamja gloves 4 equipped, then Brimhaven Agility Arena actually will become the fastest agility training method in OSRS. The gloves give a 10% increase in experience earned from passing obstacles and also offer a 10% chance of gaining double tickets. The arena is quite different from normal courses, it involves racing to tag one of 24 ticket dispensers. Tickets can be turned in for agility experience, you should wait until you have 1000 tickets for the highest experience rates, when you hand them in you will receive 352k agility xp (with the Karamja gloves 4 equipped).
Agility 1-10: If you choose not to quest the first few levels then make your way to the Gnome Stronghold to start with this simple course, you will make 86.5 agility xp per circuit, resulting in an hourly xp rate of around 8k xp at full efficiency.
Agility 10-20: Taking approximately 20 laps to reach level 20, the Draynor Village Agility Course is your next location, you should also make around 9k xp/hr.
Level 47-60: You can use a summer pie to boost to level 52, this will give you access to the Wilderness Agility Course. A pipe obstacle during the course also requires level 49, meaning another summer pie may be needed, and many could be necessary in total so it may be worth just getting the 49 required before you start. The best hourly experience below level 60 is possible here with rates as high as 35k xp/hr. The downside is of course player killers as you are located in the wilderness, so please do not bring expensive gear to this course.
Level 40-60: Canifis Agility Course should be your next location, which of course requires completion of the “priest in peril” quest. Experience rates here will be around 13-16k xp/hr depending on how much you fall, as your level increases you will fall less, this is the rule for all courses. Canifis is also a good location for collecting marks of grace, and whilst there are other courses from level 47 onwards that offer higher xp rates many players choose to stay here until level 60 in order to benefit from the higher marks of grace per hour on offer here.
Agility 30-40: You can can go from level 30 to 40 in around 100 laps of the Varrock Agility Course earning about 13.2k xp/hr, if you have decent hp then you shouldn't require food, but if you do the bank is always nearby to where you fall.
Prifddinas Agility Course. Main article: Prifddinas Agility Course. The Prifddinas Agility Course requires level 75 Agility and completion of Song of the Elves to access. The Agility course consists of twelve obstacles that players can pass in return for Agility experience.
The Wilderness Agility Course requires level 52 Agility to access. However, this level is only needed to access the course through the gates; the minimum level requirement of the obstacles is level 49. Therefore, it is a popular method to access this course by using a temporary skill boost to access the course starting at level 47, since the experience per hour at this course is far superior to other courses available to these players. The Agility course consists of five obstacles that players can pass in return for Agility experience. If all obstacles are passed in the correct order, some bonus experience is rewarded at the end of the lap.
With an average time of 39 seconds per lap, it is possible to get upwards of 53,300 Agility experience per hour from this course. At lower Agility levels, expect to get around 40,000-50,000 Agility experience per hour, depending on concentration levels.
Chances of obtaining marks of grace are reduced to 20% of the normal rate if the player's Agility level is 20 levels higher than the course requirement. Until the player reaches that level, marks of grace will continue to spawn normally.
The sepulchre is a very high intensity training method, but has the potential to reward high rates of experience and gold per hour, especially at high Agility levels. It is also the only way to obtain the Dark Graceful outfit recolour and the Dark acorn .
This course has the highest base chance to receive the giant squirrel. At level 99 Agility, it would take an average of 130 hours to get the giant squirrel.
The basic course takes around 53 seconds to complete, yields 133.2 experience, with it also being impossible to fail any of the course's obstacles, making the average Agility experience per hour 8,750. The advanced course takes around 49 seconds and yields 474.3 experience, making the average Agility experience per hour around 28,000.
Agility training involves a lot of point-clicking and takes a lot of focus to maximise experience gain. Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts. Due to its repetitive nature and slow experience rates, Agility can be considered one of the most tedious skills to train.
Wilderness Agility Course offers the fastest experience below 60 Ag ility. 52 Agility is required to enter the course, but you can also use a summer pie to boost from level 47. However, 49 Agility is required to pass the pipe obstacle, requiring occasional re-boosting if below. This course awards a total of 571.4 experience per lap.
Barbarian Fishing, besides giving Fishing experience, also grants small amounts of Agility (and Strength) experience. Level 15 Agility is required to catch leaping trout, level 30 to catch leaping salmon and level 45 to catch leaping sturgeon. Levelling Fishing from 58 to 99 by Barbarian Fishing would elevate a level 31 Agility to 74. If you plan to get 99 fishing at any point it is highly recommended to do Barbarian Fishing as soon as possible, as it would save at least 24 hours of agility training from level 31-74, and allow you to skip right to the Seer's Village course, one of the best agility courses in the game.
Due to its repetitive nature and slow experience rates, Agility can be considered one of the most tedious skills to train. To maximise experience rates, players should always run, keep their weight at 0 or below, and use energy / super energy / stamina potions if necessary.
Players training here should risk as little as possible because of player killers. Energy potions are recommended to be used always, and cheap food is also recommended not only to defend against PKers, but also for those with low agility who will fail the course often. A knife would also be a good choice as it would allow players to cut the webs leading to the Mage Arena bank. As most players will most likely not have the full Graceful set bonus by this level, bringing the minimum to have negative carry weight is optimal. It may be wise to only wear Boots of lightness as they are very easy to replace, instead of risking expensive Graceful pieces.
At level 55, the Werewolf Agility Course becomes the fastest experience to level 99 Agility in the game, with xp rates in the 60,000s of experience per hour at low level, and 67,000-68,000 experience per hour at high level (and over 71,000 experience per hour when the Agility Boss the player turns the stick into at the end of the course is trapped in place by another account).
If questing is not an option, Gnome Stronghold Agility Course is the only viable training option from levels 1-10 and will earn a maximum of 8,000 experience per hour, with 86.5 experience per run.
Agility is a members only skill which gives access to various shortcuts around RuneScape. Apart from the shortcuts, Agility also has several other uses, such as obtaining the graceful outfit and fighting Commander Zilyana . A higher Agility level allows for faster run energy restoration.
Rooftop Agility Courses were introduced to Old School Runescape on 5 December 2013. A total of nine courses have been released.
with an Agility potion) is sufficient to enter the course, however level 49 agility is required to use the obstacles. It is one of the fastest agility experience gaining methods. Its only problem is the location in level 50-56 Wilderness. Training here can be fairly dangerous and the course can be difficult to get to. You will be attacked by Skeletons as you go around the course, but these are only level 25 and should not do you much harm. It's recommended that you take plenty of food such as cakes, and energy potions if you can afford to lose them. The easiest method to get to the course is to use either the ancients or lunar teleport to the Ice Plateau. If this method is unavailable to you, use the Ardougne teleport lever behind the castle, which teleports to deep wilderness east of the Mage Arena. In the wilderness, a knife is needed to slash a web to exit the peninsula with the teleport lever. After slashing the web, it is recommended to go south to the fence before travelling west to the entrance of the agility course. This route avoids the northern side of the Mage Arena which is a popular PK location. If you die, a quick way to get back is to bank and grab Ardougne teleport runes, steal some cakes and quickly return to the course using the wilderness teleport lever. World hopping may help in avoiding PK-ers. Make sure not to bring more items than you are willing to risk.
The Barbarian Outpost Agility Training Area is available to players with level 35 Agility who have completed Alfred Grimhand's Barcrawl miniquest. This course is a lap-based obstacle course, similar to the Gnome Stronghold agility course. The rope swing, the balance log, and the balance ledge can be failed, resulting in lost hitpoints. Failed obstacles should be repeated in order to receive the lap bonus of 46.5 XP. A completed lap yields 152.5 Agility experience.
It is helpful in almost all agility courses to take food in case you fail, and energy or super energy potions made using the Herblore skill. This allows you to keep running continually around the courses and gaining experience faster without having to take breaks to heal up.
The Agility Pyramid is located in the Kharidian Desert and is available for players with a minimum of level 30 Agility. As it is located in the desert (where the desert heat effect is present) any player planning to stay there for any extended period of time should bring waterskins and wear desert robes to make the waterskins last longer. Failing the obstacles tends to be quite damaging, so players best fill their inventory with good food as well. The experience this course gives is somewhat generous regarding the level that the course requires. This course is popular amongst medium-level ironmen as it is a great source of coins (200k+/hr with decent Agility).
When you start the course (jump on to the stepping stones), the nearby trainer will throw a stick. Carry on over the jumps and through the pipe and pick up the stick. You will get an additional 380 experience if you return the stick to the trainer at the bottom of the death-slide.

It's a noted phenomenon that when A or B is decided upon randomly by an RNG, there will be significantly longer streaks of the same outcome than a human would intuitively assume would occur . There's probably a name for it but idk.
To complete an Agility Course, you have to follow the direction signs found once you pass an obstacle. These signs show you the next obstacle you have to pass until you finish the course and this is when you have to start it again. To start an Agility Couse, you should find the first obstacle in the course which will be marked by the Agility Course sign on the map.
Using some Agility boosts is very useful to unlock a higher level of Agility Courses thus gaining more XP/Hour. Keep in mind it also means you will fail the obstacles more often since your Agility level is pretty close to the requirements.
0. 0. A gility is one of the P2P OSRS skills that can only be trained in the membership worlds. It is one of the slowest skills to train in the game and this is due to the lack of good AFK methods to train it. All of the efficient and fast ways to train Agility are not AFK at all and requires your attention for almost all of the time.
Some potions like Stamina, Energy, and Super Energy are very useful during the Agility course. You should only use them if you find your run energy being consumed quickly so you don’t waste your money.
This Agility Course is located in the Al Kharid area, north of Tanner’s building.
You can expect around 19 Marks of Grace per Hour before level 61 Agility. Using this Agility Course until level 60 is a very good way to obtain your Graceful outfit as fast as possible. This Agility Course can be found in Canifis area which requires the completion of Priest in Peril Quest to be accessed.
This Agility Course is located southwest of Nardah in the Kharidian Desert, thus you need waterskins to avoid getting damaged by the desert heat.
