This will trim hours from your weekly study schedule. Each week, review all online notes and downloads, personal notes and old tests or quizzes. Read your textbook as you go along. It will make it much easier to understand the work. Complete all assignments by the date on the syllabus, even if they aren’t due until the class ends. These steps will usually take much less than the traditionally recommended 2-4 hours of study each week. However, you will need to schedule in extra study time before tests and quizzes.

Definitely. Your degree from ASU Online is taught by the same esteemed faculty as the on-campus programs. The rigor and quality of the content, as well as the course load, is the same as the on-campus classes.
As a rule of thumb, in an hour of training, I aim to cover 2-3 “big” topics including presentation, reflection (discussion or interaction), and application. The advantage of thinking about scope is that you can take a training request that comes in as a list of topics and put together a rough estimate of how many hours the total project will take.
I refer to the eLearning levels as 1 for low interactivity, 2 for moderate interactivity, and 3 for high interactivity, like it is done in the Chapman report.
In my experience, an hour of ILT training material consists of about 20-40 slides depending on the amount of presentation, discussion, and activities. Virtual ILT tends to have more slides (or more animation on the slides) so that something visual is happening about every 10-15 seconds. In this respect, it is more comparable to eLearning Level 1.
For example according to ATD report to develop one hour trainer standup training program will require 43 hours. So if it is 24 hour scale that means almost 2 days.
The scale is an 8 hour day, so that is around one week. Many things come into consideration, such as how complex the materials and slides and activities are. So it could be less time (or possibly more).
