Should we be able to get the notes for the course?

I liked that the instructor has quick response. I liked that course notes and power point are really useful, they make it easier to understand text book and includes more information which sometimes does not show on text. I liked that even if you turn in homework late, you do not lose all scores and you have still 1 week more.

What makes a good coursebook?

It is tempting, even natural, to want to present material exactly how you like to receive it, but if you do this you may be reaching only a small cohort of students. In reality, students receive and process information in a variety of ways. Lecturers may reach more students by varying the ways they present material and offering multiple entry points for complex concepts.
