Unfair promotion tactics. I been there for years and am always overlooked to get a promotion.
Mines was very simple. she asked me to tell her about myself and what position I wanted and am I good with change being that I wanted to be crew and she also asked me could I skate. lastly my availability and I got the job on the spot.
I'm still in training. I'm a cook, and this is my first month. I've just about mastered the kitchen and am getting 40+ hours a week.
They expected me to know everything on my first week and it was extremely stressful and only for 8.50 and hour. Heck no
The hiring manager at my location asked: tell me about myself, asked if i had reliable transportation, did i want to work in the evenings or not, and if i knew how to count change.
It’s Really stressful and In my opinion it’s not worth a place working at. I’ve work at sonic for 5 months and all I do is regret ever working at sonic, it’s really not In your best interest if you don’t wanna deal with rude costumers or sometimes really bad management.
I’ll just note that many of the better-burger chains I’ve reviewed make a point of mentioning that their beef is not only 100% beef, it’s also usually 100% American. That particular descriptor is noticeably lacking in the SONIC Drive-In menu, so if that’s important to you, I have no idea where the chain’s beef is coming from.
So what else does the SONIC menu have that’s worth reviewing? I’m glad you asked. Keep in mind that this is a franchise, so there can be a good deal of variation from location to location.
