I guess I'm missing a basic instruction, but how do I publish my Moodle course on the web so that it is accessible to students? I'm using my local host server, so when I run the Start Moodle and access my local host server I can access the course I developed without any problem.
You need a company/ webhost who will upload your moodle site to the internet for you (unless you have the facilities to do this yourself) Local host means it is only on your computer and so the only person who can access it is you until it goes online.
