I work at a upscale private golf course and I was playing golf Monday with two of my best junior golfers, each have won Junior Virginia State Golf Association State Titles and each are solid plus handicaps. You get it, they are good players and know golf. But something surprised me playing with them Monday.

Finding them on the greens is real peeve of mine - like I want to be picking up shells that have been in someone else's mouth.#N#Elsewhere, I don't really care. I guess I'd prefer they get spit into the woods or at least the deep rough.

Playaway

I think IN THE LEAST seed guys should take the route of the tobacco chewing crowd with the disgusting "cup".#N#I leave a golf course BETTER THAN I FIND IT. The seed thing is ridiculous.#N#Fix you ball mark and two more, fix your divot and two or three more on your walk to the green.

JimNewton

I am addicted to them but I never bring them golfing, nope. It'd be just another distraction and it's obviously inconsiderate.#N#And yes, I have been seeing pistachio shells as well. Strange..

2putttom
