All IMPACT Volleyball coaches are USAV Impact & Safe Sport Certified . Coaches are knowledgeable in volleyball instruction best practices and continually investing in their coaching education.

What is impact volleyball club?

IMPACT Volleyball Club was established in October of 2005 and is under the direction of Ernie Leija. Our primary focus and objective is to provide an organized and competitive volleyball instructional program that will prepare young female athletes to compete at the highest level of competition in their respective age divisions.

What is the impact course?

IMPACT The indoor IMPACT course is required for all USA Volleyball junior club coaches and is the prerequisite for CAP Level I attendees. IMPACT is the minimum level coach education requirement for USAV in order to coach a junior club.

What is USA Volleyball’s new education program?

Launching in 2022, USA Volleyball’s new education program will improve coach and athlete development across the competitive spectrum from grassroots volleyball to the national team level.

Volleyball Parent & Player Guidelines

Guidelines: Parents and players are expected to support their Coach and IMPACT guidelines. Any discussion with Coaches regarding playing time at a tournament is strictly prohibited.

Volleyball Practice Times & Locations

Teams will practice twice a week at the Lutheran High School or at TMI on designated weekdays and weekends.

Volleyball Club Tuition Info

Your club tuition is all-inclusive: Coaching salaries, uniforms, equipment, gym rental, and all regular season tournament fees. Performance Training and Post Season fees are included for National Teams.

What does impact certification mean?

IMPACT Certification. IMPACT stands for Increased Mastery and Professional Application of Coaching Theory. This certification is a USA Volleyball curriculum course run by qualified instructors. Do all coaches have to be Impact certified?

All head and assistant coaches are required to be IMPACT certified in order to participate in any NTR/USAV sanctioned event. These events include practice, camps, leagues, and private lessons. We encourage coaches to further their training and keep up with new trends, but it is not required.
