Dec 16, 2021 · User registers as a student or section instructor but the registration only completes in Portal and the user is not registered within Mastering side. Students will see a course title and can click into it, but it will not show the correct assignment page. It likely will show a "launch failed (course not found)" error.

If you recently joined a course, but you don't see it on your My Courses page, this may be because the enrollment hasn't finished processing. Alternatively, try refreshing your Pearson Account and if that doesn't work, contact Pearson Customer Support and ask to have your account synched.
There may be several reasons for that: An outage that hasn't been communicated yet via the Pearson status page. Some local issues with a small group of accounts on the service side. Technical issues on your side, or problems with your software or ISP.
After signing in to your student account at www.pearsonmylabandmastering.com, the My Courses from Pearson page opens. You manage your MyLab and Mastering courses on this page. Enroll in a course — Use the course ID from your instructor to enroll in a course.
If you are using the Pearson eText | Global app and don't see any eText in the app, please use you Pearson username/password to login to the Pearson eText bookshelf; https://etext-ise.pearson.com/bookshelf, in a web browser to see if the title is visible there. Create your course (PDF | 4.66 MB), personalize your content, and invite students to join. Students will purchase access to Pearson eText using your course invite link.
