It is not for powerlifting or strongman training, but some level of strength will definitely be gained with Werewolf Training.
The Agility course consists of five obstacles that players can pass in return for Agility experience. Some bonus experience can be rewarded at the end of the lap by collecting the stick while traversing the course and turning it in at the Agility Trainer.
It turns out that Jacob’s hot body in the Twilight flicks have inspired more than just masturbatory fantasies, it has also inspired trainers to create werewolf exercises. Sigh.

This is the only obstacle on the course where players can fail. It is quite dangerous, as a fall can cause over 300 life points, so players with low life points are at risk of death .
If you forget the stick, you won't get the bonus at the end of the course, and once you go up the skull slope, you can't go back for it! Though the agility trainer will throw another stick if you pass it the first time, you can only have one stick at a time.

The Werewolf Agility Boss will throw a stick . You will want to retrieve the stick from where it lands, and give it to the Werewolf Agility Trainer at the end of the course for an Agility experience reward.
If the stick is not given, the Agility boss will not throw another one when starting the next lap. The Agility boss would advise "not carrying too much weight" on the Death Slide - weight may affect the chance of success.
Trapping the Agility Trainer Werewolf - While not needed, it will boost your experience rates by up to a possible 72,000 a hour You should hold the NPC at the closest tile to the eastern wall so you can hand the trainer the stick without losing any ticks.
Weight-reducing equipment - Players can take significant damage from falling, however, failure is less likely with a higher level and lower weight. The course is best run by players wearing weight-reducing equipment such as Graceful clothing, Spotted cape, Boots of lightness, and Penance gloves will reduce your weight. The course cannot be completed with any headgear equipped, so it is advised to wear clothing that reduces weight more than graceful clothing will. IMPORTANT: Especially at lower levels, it is important to wear clothing that reduces your weight to or as close to 0kg as possible (having a weight below 0kg does NOT matter, as was previously thought).
Even if the Death Slide is failed, the stick can still be returned to the Agility trainer at the end of the course. Upon logout, the player may be placed back at the entrance (through the trapdoor, not outside) and the stick will disappear from the inventory if the stick was obtained, reducing experience gain.
The Werewolf Agility Course is not Werewolf Skullball. It is a separate course and should have its own article (like most of the other agility course do)! Inelcirc 19:20, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
I was wondering if we could organize an officail world on the forums such as world 88.
Im wondering who exactly keeps saying a strength bonus makes you more sucessful at this course, Im level 2 str and I almost never fail the death slide. No where in the knowledge base does it say str bonuses and str levels make you more likely to pass. Did the person who added the info even bother to test it out before posting?
