Good agility can translate into better performance and faster response, and can give one an edge over his competitors. Agility is the power to move quickly and easily. It allows someone to decelerate, accelerate and change direction while keeping perfect body control and without losing a lot of time in transition.
Racket, squash, tennis and badminton are some of the sports that require considerable level of agility. Other sports where agility plays an important role include rugby, football, basketball, volleyball and hockey.
Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts. To maximise experience rates, players should always run, keep their weight at 0 or below, and use energy / super energy / stamina potions if necessary.
According to a recent study managed by the Air Force Research Laboratory, as cited in Men’s Health, agility training can improve your cognitive performance. Participants in the study, all military personnel, were divided into two groups for six weeks of training.
TL;DR: Adrenaline loss outside of combat is outdated game design and no longer fits with the current state of EoC. Since Jagex accepted starting boss fights with full adrenaline with the addition of War's Retreat, it makes no sense that the default state of the game has you draining adrenaline outside of combat.
After nearly 2 years serving the communities of Gielinor, it's almost time for me to hang up my J-Mod crown to start a new adventure elsewhere. My final day at Jagex is October 27th, just over two weeks from now.
Agility helps performance in activities that require quick change in direction while maintaining balance, speed, strength and body control. It is an important aspect in many sports. Agility is the power to move quickly and easily. It allows someone to decelerate, accelerate and change direction while keeping perfect body control and without losing a lot of time in transition. Besides the skills required for specific sports, agility is the principal determining factor for success in sports. Agility helps ensure an athlete’s collective coordinative abilities and gives a competitive advantage for athletes with height, size, speed or strength challenges. Martial arts such as judo, taekwondo, karate and kickboxing require great level of agility.

Agility training involves a lot of point-clicking and it can take a lot of focus to maximise experience gain. Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts. Players should always run and use stamina potions if necessary in order to maximise experience rates.
The Rellekka course becomes superior to the Seers' Village course for collecting marks of grace at level 80, because the drop rate for marks of grace at the Seers' Village course is reduced to 20% of its normal rate at that level. At level 80 players may fail the course often reducing experience rates, so it is recommended to boost with summer pies.
The Ardougne Rooftop Course offers a profitable and a less click-intensive training option from level 90 onwards. This course also has the highest spawn rate of marks of grace, which is increased by 25% after completion of the elite tier of the Ardougne Diary. With the elite diary completed and at maximum experience rates, players can expect around 22.5 marks of grace per hour, making the hourly profit 218,700 coins.
Players training here should risk as little as possible because of the possibility of encountering player killers. Stamina potions are recommended to be used always, and some food is also recommended not only to defend against player killers, but also for those with low agility who will fail the course often. A knife would also be a good choice as it would allow players to cut the webs leading to the Mage Arena bank. As most players will most likely not have the full Graceful set bonus by this level, bringing the minimum to have negative carry weight is optimal (also, even if one did have the full Graceful set bonus, one would never take those to the Wilderness). It may be wise to only wear Boots of lightness as they are very easy to replace, instead of risking Graceful pieces that take significant time to obtain.
Training on the Al Kharid Rooftop Course yields up to 9,360 experience per hour when using stamina potions, each lap yielding 180 experience. It will take roughly 50 laps to reach level 30.
Players should still prioritise Agility training and not let the multi-skilling affect experience rates, as otherwise the extra experience in other skills would come at the cost of lower Agility experience.
