Feb 17, 2006 · As usual, I went to the Canifis agility course to do so, except tonight was a little different... Ever since 70 agility, while training in Canifis I only take two items: my ectophial and ring of Charos. From level 70-73 I fell MAYBE once or twice a level. Also, after falling, I was always back to full HP long before I would ever fall again.
Mar 09, 2022 · The Canifis Rooftop Agility Course is a Rooftop Agility Course found in Canifis available to players with an Agility level of 40 or above. It can be started by climbing the Tall Tree just north of the bank and is finished by jumping off the north side of the bank. Players get 240 experience from completing the course, including 175 experience upon completion of the course.

Starting at level 40, it will take you about 986 laps to reach level 60 Agility. Each complete lap rewards you with 240 experience.

Agility training involves a lot of point-clicking and it can take a lot of focus to maximise experience gain. Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts. Players should always run and use stamina potions if necessary in order to maximise experience rates.
It is recommended to boost the Agility level by using summer pies or agility potions to train on a higher-level course earlier than it is available. Low-level players are advised to bring food to heal themselves.
The Rellekka course becomes superior to the Seers' Village course for collecting marks of grace at level 80 , because the drop rate for marks of grace at the Seers' Village course is reduced to 20% of its normal rate at that level. At level 80 players may fail the course often reducing experience rates, so it is recommended to boost with summer pies.
The Gnome Stronghold Agility Course is the only good training option from level 1 to 10 and will earn a maximum of 8,000 experience per hour, with 86.5 experience per run. It takes 13 and a half laps to reach level 10.
Training on the Al Kharid Rooftop Course yields up to 9,360 experience per hour when using stamina potions, each lap yielding 180 experience. It will take roughly 50 laps to reach level 30.
Training on this course yields up to 13,200 experience per hour, each lap yielding 238 experience. It will take 99 laps to get from level 30 to 40, including fails.
Players can expect to collect 18–22 marks of grace per hour on average.
The Agility course consists of six obstacles that players can pass in return for Agility experience. If all obstacles are passed in the correct order, some bonus experience is rewarded at the end of the lap. All of the obstacles can be failed by the player, resulting in small amounts of damage.

There are several different methods for travelling to the Ape Atoll Agility Course. The best options, ordered from fast to slow, are: 1 Dial the fairy ring code CLR. 2 Casting the Ape Atoll Teleport spell, requiring level 64 Magic and completion of the Freeing King Awowogei section of Recipe for Disaster, and run south. 3 Casting the Ape Atoll Teleport spell, requiring level 90 Magic and at least 60% Arceuus favour, exit the dungeon and run north-west to pass the gates.#N#Alternatively, use the Ape atoll teleport to bypass the Magic level and Arceuus favour requirements. 4 Take a Gnome glider.
