Call the National Safety Council (NSC) at (866) 398-0864. You must provide: Your driver’s license number. If a court is referring you to the class, the name of the court is required. Applicable fee. The NSC will mail your confirmation to you. Mail the check or money order payable to “National Safety Council” to: National Safety Council.

What is the Scarr class?

Yes. The Massachusetts legislature passed a law in 2007 imposing new restrictions and mandatory training under the Junior Operator License program. Drivers under the age of 18 who receive a violation for drag racing or speeding may be required to complete the SCARR course as part of the penalty.
