After you register, you’ll be emailed a registration confirmation called a transaction summary, which serves as a receipt for payment and provides refund dates.

Phone registration hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Registration Policies

Full payment — or a purchase order or letter authorizing payment by a third party — is due at the time of registration. You are not officially registered and cannot begin your course until payment is received. Late payments may be assessed a late fee.

Vaccination Attestation

Starting autumn quarter 2021, all UW Professional & Continuing Education students, including fully online students, must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or declare an exemption. You can verify your vaccination status or claim an exemption through a secure vaccination attestation form.

Students who are not seeking to earn a degree (i.e. taking a class to transfer back to another school; auditing only; taking a single class for personal interest) are considered "special non-degree students.". Special non-degree students must apply online and be admitted before they can register.
