You can submit 2-6 total letters through AACOMAS. 3 academic letters from undergraduate professors (2 science and 1 non-science.) 1-2 letters from extracurricular pursuits, most commonly DO research and clinical experience. At least one of your letters MUST be from a DO.

I thought AACOMAS Professional Transcript Entry is worth it because it is supposed to be "Professional". It is not. It is lazy, incomplete, inaccurate, and is the type of work that a middle school student can probably do. You, the applicant, can certainly do it much better and quicker.
