This course is designed to provide instruction to individuals who want to become commissioned as a Notary Public. Topics include legal, ethical and procedural requirements of the Notary Act.
THIS CLASS IS FOR Existing Notary Public’s ONLY, you will receive instruction in the newly legislated procedure required to exercise electronic notarial acts as set forth by the NC Secretary of State. You must hold a valid commission as a NC notary public. Please note that this is not an online notary workshop class.
The Notary Public Guidebook (current edition-2016 non refundable) is required and available to purchase at the GTCC bookstore for $25.75 . Prior to class, you must purchase your textbook from the campus bookstore where the course will be taught.
