Maurine Adelsperger and Doreen Colee have passed away. On Saturday February 24th Ray Knox was driving his golf cart to the lake at Golden Era Golf Course in San Jacinto when he suffered a heart attack. He lost control of the golf cart and drove into the lake. He was trying to walk out of the lake when he collapsed.

I think that they're really legally required to allow public access in some way. Due to their tax-free 'charitable' nature. Although I'd love to see them argue in court that maintaining a golf course that's closed both to the public and most of their own members, is 'charitable' activity that benefits the public.
