I can't speak to Missouri law, but general legal principles surrounding issues like this are that it is not the golfer's responsibility unless the golfer acted with the intent to break the window. At this point, if it were me, I'd pay for it. My biggest fear would be the guy reaching out to me and me telling him to go pound sand, and then have him contact the club and/or my boss to complain. For better or worse, the fact that you gave the guy your card means he knows who you are and can likely figure out with whom you were at the club.
