I had finished my course in basic French language and I done payment for certificate...payment was cut from my bank account but then after their was no information about certificate will I get my certificate or not if not then give my payment back

I've been on Alison since 2016 and it's the only source I go to for quick trusted learning. I love that I never have had to pay for a certificate for any of the courses I do. Its a great learning platform, I managed to study ISO 45001,ISO 14001,ISO 9001 and Introduction to Risk Management, I haven't managed to pay for certificate yet I am now able to understand a lot of things given my kind of work environment, I am able to under our OHS systems, goals and how they are audited and commitment to protect our environment.
