The Canifis Rooftop Course is the best rooftop course to get Marks of Grace, as it is the quickest to get between each individual obstacle, for how many gaps there are. On average, players will receive one mark every 3.3 laps.
Canifis Rooftop Course has the greatest chance at spawning marks for players between level 40 to 59 Agility, due to laps being very quick to finish, giving less of a delay for spawning the next mark when it's available and not having to require stamina potions.
Running the Seers village course would be the best in terms of xp/Marks. Running a rooftop course that is 20 levels under you results in a reduction of Marks. So running the Canifis course is only good from 40-60.
Although the spawning of marks on the rooftop courses is randomly timed, the positions are consistent within each course: Footprints have been added to rooftop courses to better guide players on where to go, except for East Ardougne. Blocked a tile adjacent to the Varrock rooftop agility course.

There are nine courses in total, each requiring 10 more Agility levels than the last. The agility requirement is boostable. Rooftop courses differ from other Agility courses in that they spawn Marks of grace.
The Graceful outfit can only be bought with marks of grace, which can only be obtained by running laps on Rooftop Agility Courses. Buying the entire set takes 260 Marks, which can be obtained as early as level 55~ Agility if the rooftop courses are done, except the Falador course.
A full graceful set costs 260 marks of grace. If a player chooses to instead spend the same amount of marks on amylase packs, they instead receive 2,600 amylase crystals, which are currently worth 3,013,400 coins. This can be viewed as the monetary "value" of the graceful set.

This is the best experience per hour out of any Agility course up to level 90. If this course is started at level 60, it would take 814 complete laps to reach level 70. A perfect lap takes exactly 45 seconds, meaning that at maximum efficiency, the maximum amount of experience gained is 45,600 per hour.
The Varrock Rooftop Agility course can be started by climbing the Rough Wall on the east side of the General Store and is finished by jumping off the house south of Lowe's Archery shop. Players get 238 experience from completing the course, including 125 experience upon completion of the course.

The Canifis Agility Course provides excellent experience for this level of Agility; maximum experience rate is about 19,000 experience per hour but you will average around 16,000 per hour with some fails. Each lap gives 240 Agility experience.

Players may recolour their graceful outfits to one of five different colours by talking to Osten in the Shayzien House in Great Kourend after getting 100% favour in any house of Great Kourend. Each piece of the outfit will cost 15 marks of grace, requiring 90 marks of grace to fully recolour an outfit.
A tip while doing rooftop agility is to wear a regen bracelet and/or hitpoints cape if you are at, or near, the minimum level required to access the rooftop course, as they increase the rate of hitpoint regeneration following obstacle failures.
Rooftop courses differ from other Agility courses in that they spawn Marks of grace. Also, passing an obstacle on a rooftop course actively restores 1–2% run energy, meaning it is typically possible to run around rooftop courses continually.
A mark of grace is a type of currency that can only be obtained from the Rooftop Agility Courses. The marks are used to purchase the pieces of the graceful outfit and amylase, which is the secondary ingredient for creating stamina potions. In addition, marks can be exchanged with Osten in Shayzien to recolour pieces of the graceful outfit.
Chances of obtaining marks of grace are reduced to 20% of the normal rate if the player's Agility level is 20 levels higher than the course requirement. Until the player reaches that level, marks of grace will continue to spawn normally.
Marks of grace appear randomly as players traverse obstacles on Rooftop courses. Higher level courses have a greater chance of spawning marks. Marks spawned are player-specific, meaning players are only able to see and pick up marks spawned for them and not for other players.
It is possible for multiple marks to spawn on the same tile, which will stack the marks of grace and reset the timer to 10 minutes, the mark will stay on the ground even while logged out. It is also possible to obtain marks of grace every lap or every other lap by collecting a mark of grace, moving 1 section forward in the agility course, ...
