However, Canifis only requires 40 agility and gives you 19 marks of grace per hour. So the fastest way to get a full graceful outfit is to stay on the canifis rooftop course until you get the full set.
Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts. To maximise experience rates, players should always run, keep their weight at 0 or below, and use energy / super energy / stamina potions if necessary.

The Gnome Stronghold Agility Course is the Agility course that most players will start at when planning on training their Agility. This course has no requirements to access and is very easy to follow. Additionally, it is impossible to fail any of the obstacles at this course, so it is not necessary to bring any food.

Levels 60-90 – Seers' Village Agility Course Players stop failing this course at 79 Agility. From level 80 onwards, it is possible to achieve experience rate up to 60,000 experience per hour, if one consistently performs perfect laps and teleports to Seers' bank immediately after finishing the lap.
Failing an obstacle will inflict up to 8 points of damage. It is recommended to have some food stored in the bank here in case you repeatedly fail obstacles. It's possible to fail either jump repeatedly even at 59 Agility.
Marks of grace are obtained randomly while traversing obstacles on Rooftop courses. Higher level courses have a greater chance of spawning marks. When a mark appears on the course, players have 10 minutes to pick up a mark before it disappears. Marks spawn randomly at specific locations along a course.
Obtaining. The Graceful outfit can only be bought with marks of grace, which can only be obtained by running laps on Rooftop Agility Courses. Buying the entire set takes 260 Marks, which can be obtained as early as level 55~ Agility if the rooftop courses are done, except the Falador course.
If this course is started at level 60, it would take 814 complete laps to reach level 70.
This makes it the only Agility course that can be visited without the required Agility level, though players are unable to continue the course if reaching the roof from the ladder. You stop failing this course at level 79 agility.
The Brimhaven Agility Course is an Agility-training minigame located beneath Brimhaven, available to players with level 1 Agility. The official Brimhaven Agility Arena world is world 314.
Agility: Agility is a doozy, and will take you about 200 hours to get all the way from level 1 – 99. Getting to level 99 Fishing using the Barbarian Fishing will get you about 1 000 000 XP with 99 Fishing. So, that can take 1 000 000 XP out of the 13 000 000 XP away.

The only requirement for this course is level 30 Agility. However, the fail rate for the obstacles is pretty high at that level, sometimes making it feel almost impossible to reach the top. At level 50 Agility, expect to fail 4-7 obstacles on average before reaching the top.
Having a high agility level is extremely beneficial to your account as your run will restore a lot faster.
Players who have access to the Priffdinas area can use the priffdinas agility course from levels 75 all the way to 99. Priffdinas is a great alternative to the rooftop courses or even the hallowed sepulchre as you get very nice experience rates of up to 66K exp per hour.
Once you reach level 50 agility you already recover energy twice as fast as when you did at level 1. At level 99 you recover 3x faster! On top of that, by training agility you also unlock several shortcuts around Gielinor and once you have the graceful outfit your run will restore even faster.
Every rooftop course rewards players with marks of grace which spawn randomly as you complete courses. These marks of grace can be exchanged for graceful outfit pieces or Amalyse packs.
For those that don’t want to quest through the lower levels, you can get to 20 agility at the gnome stronghold in around 30 minutes. Once you hit 10 agility you can switch to the draynor village rooftop but I usually don’t bother as it’s the same amount of experience per hour.
Use the many agility quests to your advantage and remember, summer pies are the best food source for agility. Make sure to get your graceful outfit as quickly as possible as the full graceful set will give you a huge advantage while training agility and make it a lot less of a headache.

A mark of grace is a type of currency that can only be obtained from the Rooftop Agility Courses. The marks are used to purchase the pieces of the graceful outfit and amylase, which is the secondary ingredient for creating stamina potions. Marks spawn based on your time spent on a course. Once you've reached a time threshold, a mark will spawn on the next lap or floor transition. This is evidenced by logging out and staying on the final obstacle of a course and then starting the next lap, guaranteeing a mark spawn.
The course is located in East Ardougne, at the far east, and the starting point can be found south east of the Gem shop.
Once you reach level 90 , it is better to stick to the previously mentioned Ardougne Agility Course, because it is the fastest way to 99 if we are going to take the difficulty into consideration.
This is recommended to be done only after buying the full Graceful outfit. Buying Amylase packs is a good way to make money while training Agility, each pack has 100 Amylase crystals. These Amylase crystals are sold for 1K OSRS gold each and are used for making Stamina potions.
The Agility Cape is obtained by reaching level 99 Agility, and it acts just like the Graceful cape. Wearing it will also trigger the Graceful outfit effect, just like the Graceful cape.
You will stop failing the first Tightrope if you have reached level 85 Agility, and The second Leap Gap will not be failable at level 89 Agility. That means the whole course will be safe starting from level 89 Agility.
There are other Agility courses where you can gain higher experience starting from level 47 Agility, but it is recommended to stay in the Canifis Agility Course until level 60 (rather than 47) for the sake of obtaining the Graceful outfit quickly.
Marks of Grace can be used to buy the most important set of items related to Agility in OSRS, the Graceful outfit. The Graceful outfit is used to reduce the weight of your character, thus you don’t consume much run energy.
Rooftop courses differ from other Agility courses in that they spawn Marks of grace. Also, passing an obstacle on a rooftop course actively restores 1–2% run energy, meaning it is typically possible to run around rooftop courses continually.
A tip while doing rooftop agility is to wear a regen bracelet and/or hitpoints cape if you are at, or near, the minimum level required to access the rooftop course, as they increase the rate of hitpoint regeneration following obstacle failures.
The Wilderness Agility Course requires level 52 Agility to access. However, this level is only needed to access the course through the gates; the minimum level requirement of the obstacles is level 49. Therefore, it is a popular method to access this course by using a temporary skill boost to access the course starting at level 47, since the experience per hour at this course is far superior to other courses available to these players. The Agility course consists of five obstacles that players can pass in return for Agility experience. If all obstacles are passed in the correct order, some bonus experience is rewarded at the end of the lap.
Prifddinas Agility Course. Main article: Prifddinas Agility Course. The Prifddinas Agility Course requires level 75 Agility and completion of Song of the Elves to access. The Agility course consists of twelve obstacles that players can pass in return for Agility experience.
From level 60 Agility onwards, it is possible to train Agility by repeatedly using the gap-jump shortcut in the Wintertodt 's prison. Each jump gives 18 experience, making it a good way to get a bit of Agility experience while waiting for the Wintertodt to spawn. If focusing solely on training Agility here, the player can expect experience rates of up to 21,000 Agility experience per hour. Keep in mind that the Wintertodt is a dangerous boss, so it is recommended to bring multiple pieces of warm clothing and sufficient food .
Agility Pyramid. The Agility Pyramid is an Agility training area located in the Kharidian Desert available to players with level 30 Agility. On this course, players start at the bottom of a pyramid with the goal of reaching the top, where they are able to collect the pyramid top.
The Barbarian Outpost Agility Course requires level 35 Agility and completion of Alfred Grimhand's Barcrawl to access. This course is a lap-based obstacle course consisting of eight obstacles that players can traverse in return for Agility experience. If all obstacles are passed in the correct order, some bonus experience is rewarded at the end of the lap.
