VanEd is very pleased to announce that in conjunction with the Florida REALTOR® Association, all Florida GRI courses are now available online. The Florida GRI courses have also been approved to satisfy Florida CE or Florida Post-License education requirements.
Five courses are available Virtually (Zoom) or Live (hosted by local associations across the state), while the eight Online courses are available 24/7. View the GRI program curriculum.
The Graduate, Realtor® Institute program includes seven courses, available online or in a classroom. The full program consists of 105 coursework hours on topics such as marketing, profitability, listings and real estate law. Each GRI series module combines a 15-hour course with a 1.5-hour exam.
If you are a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® in good standing, you can earn the GRI designation by completing the REALTOR ® Institute program, offered through state REALTOR® associations. Also, according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Realtors who earn the GRI designation make $30,000 per year more on average than those without a GRI designation.
