Blackboard (Faculty) - Locating Your Course ID
On the Courses page, you can access all of your courses. Each course card lists the course ID, course title, and instructor. If your course has multiple instructors, select Multiple Instructors for a list. Select More info to see the description and schedule, if added. Filter or search your list. Use the Filter menu to modify your view of the page.
You can use the course catalog to browse the courses offered at your institution. You can find the Course Catalog link on the Courses page. In the catalog, you can search for courses based on these fields: After you select the field type, type a search term or phrase. By default, the search looks for any course that contains your search term.
If you plan to merge different sections into one Blackboard course, please merge your courses before requesting reserve items. 1. Log in to Blackboard. 2. Select the course where you want to add content.
Activity for hidden courses no longer appears in the global pages about all your courses, such as Grades. Only instructors have the option to hide courses. To show a hidden course, filter the list by Hidden from me > open a course's menu > select Show course.
On the Courses page, you can access all of your courses. Your institution controls the page that appears after you log in. At this time, you can't hide course cards, but you can use the filter menu to narrow your view. You can view the Courses page as a list or a grid.
Courses may not appear in the My Courses module in Blackboard for a few reasons: The instructor has not yet published the course for student view (most common reason). The student has not yet successfully registered and paid for the course. There may be an issue with the student's enrollment.
