West Ridge is a fun and challenging layout with a wide variety of holes. There is a fair balance of holes that favor the big hitter and the straight shooter. Course knowledge is an advantage as there are many blind shots. Number 9 is the signature hole an is one of the best short par 4s anywhere.

The Ridge is my home course and quite popular with all levels of golfers which directly affects the pace of play; however, the course is in great shape and well worth the green fee
The clubhouse staff at the course is extremely friendly and accommodating; this course is very popular which means the pace of play can be slow; the skill level of the players at this course varies greatly which also affects the pace of play; the course layout is challenging and fun, and the wind affects every shot.
The Ridge GC is a fun course to play with the wind adding complexity on an unique layout that can be difficult; many holes are short which makes it a very popular venue for all golfers which has caused a general slower pace of play; this makes it even more difficult to get a good rhythm; I used to play The Ridge quite often, but the popularity and slower pace have made me elect to play other courses; it is a fun course that all levels of golfers will enjoy, and I would recommend it if you like a slow pace.
