Nestled in a sheltered cove surrounded by grass covered knolls, the first of St Anne’s brilliant Par 3’s plays downhill over a pond to a wide but shallow green that slopes back to front and right to left.
This long Par 4 is the most challenging hole at Links at St Anne’s. A blind downhill drive favoring the right center of this left to right sloping fairway must avoid a stream right and pond long. The second shot over water to an elevated back to front sloping green protected by a cavernous front bunker is one of golf’s most heroic carries.
The first of Links at St Anne’s magnificent par 5’s is a sharp dog leg left that demands a well struck tee shot over wetlands to a generous fairway protected by 2 strategically placed bunkers. A well placed second shot to a tight landing area with water right and long leaves a short challenging approach to a small undulating green buffered by water front and right.
