Mountainview Golf Club is a great track for low and high handicappers alike to enjoy a terrific day on the course.
The tee designation is confusing. They are marked with red, white, blue and gray. I will sat at most corses across the USA the standard three are Red-Ladies, White-Men, Blue-Low Handicap. Some places add Gold for Seniors. What is very weird is Gray-Low Handicap, Blue-Men’s, White-Seniors, Red-Ladies. Must be a blue-gray thing for the civil war.
The staff at the golf course were friendly & very helpful considering that Golf Now over rode the golf courses tee times & double booked people!!
This course is now named Gettysburg National. This is a good course in that is is playable but also has some very good golf holes. The greens can be sneaky fast and are smooth. Having played after it first opened and coming back over timer the trees having definitely become a factor on many of the holes. Overall a solid course that is not too punishing.
