Upon electing the Driver Improvement Course Option, you will be given an additional 60 days to complete the course and send the completion form to the Clerk's Office. Failure to pay all fines and fees and/or file the completion form with the Clerk's Office by the due date will result in additional fees being assessed and driver's license suspension.
You can mail your certificate of completion to the Clerk of the Courts, PO BOX 19321, Miami, Florida 33101-9321. If you elect to attend traffic school and do not comply within 120 days of election, you will be subject to a license suspension, point assessment and additional fees.
