EMI has implemented electronic certificates for all online test submissions. Upon successful completion, you will receive an email within one business day that confirms your transcript has been updated and a link to create your electronic certificate. The certificate will be in a Portable Document Format (PDF) file.
Each Completion Report and Completion Certificate has a unique "verify" link that you can send to others to share your results (or use for online posting). For additional information email us at [email protected] or call 888.529.5929.
You can also access your completion records through the Records tab which provides the completion records for all course completions on your account. Stage - if applicable this list the stage of course such as basic or refresher
You can earn a Course Certificate for most Coursera Courses. A Course Certificate is proof that you completed and passed the course.
If you pay for a Certificate in a course you’ve already taken, any grades you already earned will be saved, but you may need to complete more coursework that wasn’t available in the audit version.
Completion Reports are transcripts that include all quiz scores. Part 1 shows scores at the time you completed and passed the course. Part 2 reflects any subsequent quiz attempts. Completion Certificates are diplomas that do not include quiz scores.

The program approval process is a review of an entity’s educator preparation program. The review process ensures that Wisconsin’s educator preparation programs meet the performance-based standards and statutory and rule requirements specified in Wis. Stat. 118.19 and Wis. Admin. Code sec. PI 34. In addition, the process requires that entities develop collaborative relationships with the PK-12 education community to promote continuous improvement throughout an educator’s professional career.
If the approved program is offered by an entity that is not a college or university, the candidate in this program must meet the minimal degree requirements prior to admission. These approved programs do not grant a degree.
To receive a Tier II or Tier III educator license in Wisconsin, applicants can complete an approved program and demonstrate competency in the Wisconsin Educator Standards. The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction approves educator preparation programs leading to licensure at entities including Wisconsin colleges/universities, CESAs, school districts, and private companies.

A five-year long-term substitute license may be issued to an applicant who has completed an approved educator preparation program and has held or is eligible to hold a Wisconsin license or the equivalent license in another state in the grade level and position in which they are licensed.
This license is for applicants who hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university and who have successfully completed an approved substitute training program ,but have not completed a state-approved educator preparation program.
The applicant may apply for a one-year license with stipulations if requested by the employing school district.This license requires the license holder to enroll in and complete a state-approved educator preparation program in the subject or grade level of their assignment or is following another pathway to full licensure.
