Students have the opportunity to take 8-week residential courses. These courses offer the same learning outcomes and high-quality faculty instruction as our full-semester courses but are taught in 8 weeks. This allows a student to take 5 classes (or 15 hours) a semester, but only have 4 classes in session at any one time.

9-12th Grade Classes. LUOA requires official transcripts from the last school that your student has attended, regardless of the grade he/she will be entering. Transcripts for grades 9-12 are only considered official if they are signed by a representative from the school administration and/or embossed with the official school seal.
Please note that LUOA may choose to enroll a student using unofficial student records. However, they do so with the understanding that official student records will be provided to LUOA before the end of the academic term in which the student has been enrolled.
Further, LUOA will not award credit for completed coursework or provide official student records until the student’s official records have been received from the previous school attended.
