We have couple of agents logging to finesse that will take them at least 3-5 times retry to login. They will get this error "Unable to connect to the authentication provider. Contact your system administrator." They can login however to finesse after couple of login retries. We are on UCCE v12.5
I have sip endpoints (Turrets) that are using CUBE for PSTN dialing. I want to leverage my current unity connection servers for voicemail in a way that ring no answer on turrets will divert to a VM pilot which gets routed at the CUBE level to Unity Connection.
We are having a migration of CUCM and CUC and have been trying to download audio greetings on CUC by using audio text manager but we cannot activate cisco database proxy because that page is unresponsive, we cannot click anything this is the same with the DRS.
What monitoring software does everybody use for the Cisco Phone System? This would include CUCM, Unity, UCCX, and IMP. I know of the Real Time Reporting Tool, is that the best one?

Hello Experts - anyone know how I could get my UCCE data that I see in Finesse and/or CUIC and show it on TV monitors around the office? We currently use ScreenCloud to publish other stuff to the tv's. It is only static data and the powers that be want to show real time data.
