Am I required to have a specified amount of training course before completing the exam?
Once a course has been started: ServSafe Alcohol courses must be completed in 90 days. After a course has expired, a student will not be able to access that course. A new one will need to be purchased. Online courses are not refundable and expiration dates cannot be extended.
The ServSafe Food Handler online exam and the ServSafe Alcohol Primary Online Exam do not require a proctor. NOTE: No one, regardless of position held, is permitted to proctor an examination for a relative.
