Even if you do fail, you can retake the class and ask for help. Although it will negatively impact your GPA and could affect your financial obligations, you can bounce back. Start by asking for more help and studying differently or harder if you retake the course. Most importantly, don't give up.
Students must apply grade exclusions BEFORE applying for graduation. After both grade exclusions have been exhausted, students who fail or do not meet a C-wall requirement in courses are responsible for retaking the course and earning a satisfactory grade.

A Grade Change Report form requires the instructor’s signed statement as to the reason for the change, the approval of the department head, and the approval of the dean of the college in which the course is taught. Such approval is not necessary when changing an Incomplete (IN) or Late Grade (LA).
When you enroll in a course, you may choose how you would like it to count toward your degree.

The grade of Incomplete (“IN”) may be given in any course at the instructor’s discretion for work not completed because of a serious interruption in the student’s work not caused by their own negligence. An “IN” must not be used, however, as a substitute for an “F” or “U” when the student’s performance in the course is not passing. An “IN” is only appropriate when the student’s record in the course is such that the successful completion of particular assignments, projects, or tests missed as a result of a documented serious event would enable that student to receive at least a C. Only work missed may be completed; no additional assignments can be included.
Except in the case of interinstitutional courses, grades transferred from another institution will not be included in the GPA. See Section 3.1 for more information about transferring graduate credits.
Each faculty member who assigns grades has the responsibility to implement grading procedures that are fair and equitable, and to provide a reasonable evaluation of the student’s performance in the course.

I thought I loved this subject. I thought I was smart enough to actually be a chemist. You all proved me wrong. I get it. I’ll take my D’s and get out. I don’t love this subject enough to be constantly reminded of how much of a failure I am.
I’m a senior engineering student, and I’m on centennial campus 4 days a week. A lot of the time I have tried to order food from the oval and it’s been….horrifically gross. The “Chinese food” is bordering culturally insensitive because of how fucking nasty it is. How hard is it to make rice????
